Cancellation policy

Guided tours

Please note that once you have booked a tour with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. 

If you cancel your tour 6 days or less before the booked date, you will not receive any refund from us. We recommend you contact your travel insurance agency and see if you can get compensation.

If you cancel your tour 7 days or more before the booked date, you will receive a 100% refund.

Lodging

For our lodging cancellation policy, we refer you to the our user page on Airbnb where you can view our listings. Select the listing you wish to book and the date you wish to stay to view the cancellation policy.
